Help more people discover exhibitions, programs, and events.

Find the people already looking for culture. Reach the people who haven't discovered you yet. CultureOwl brings local discovery, audience growth, promotion, ticketing and reporting together in one platform built specifically for art and culture.
99¢ flat ticketing. No long-term contracts. Free events carry no platform fee.
CultureOwl is a new home for arts and culture — a place built to create audiences, not only to serve the ones an organization already has. As a Public Benefit Corporation, growing cultural participation is written into how the company operates. Every theatre, museum and festival that joins makes the next one a little easier to find.

Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida has been working with CultureOwl for many years. Our season of performances is part of CultureOwl. Customer service is amazing and there is always room for more, scoops, email blasts, anything you need to reach the right audience for your performances!! Amazing!

Choose the work that looks most like yours.
Low-cost ticketing, new-audience discovery, promotion, editorial and hands-on support. Built for the arts, not adapted to them.
General admission, reserved seating, timed entry, passes and class registration — sold through a checkout built to convert on any device.
The fee never scales with your price. A $95 subscription seat costs the same to sell as a $12 gallery ticket.

CultureOwl: 99¢ platform fee × paid tickets. Eventbrite: its published 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket. Ludus: its published 5% + 75¢ per credit-card ticket — because that rate includes card processing, illustrative processing of 2.9% + 30¢ is added to the CultureOwl side so the two totals are like-for-like. AudienceView and other quote-based platforms have no single published rate, so that option uses the percentage you enter. Free tickets carry no CultureOwl platform fee. This is an estimate for comparison, not a quote.

Upload events, manage ticketing and check-in, review orders and payouts, and see the whole calendar from one place.
Events and publishing — upload and update events, dates, images, ticket types and availability without leaving the dashboard.
Orders and attendees — review orders, assist buyers, process refunds and see capacity per performance as it moves.
Box office and check-in — walk-up sales, will-call, comps and scanning run from the same screen as everything else.
Flexible payouts — revenue, fees and payout status per event, with timing that fits your finance cycle rather than a fixed schedule.
Team access — scope each person to setup, box office, scanning or full management, so a volunteer cannot change pricing.
Most arts organizations already reach the people who know them. This is the machinery for reaching everyone else — the people searching for something to do, and the people not searching at all.
SEO-optimized event pages — structured data, clean URLs and the detail search engines need to rank you for what someone actually typed.
Answer-engine visibility (AEO) — written and marked up so AI answers cite your programming by name, as more discovery moves to generated results.
Dedicated organization listings — a permanent, followable home for your calendar and identity, with every story linking straight back to it.
Things to do in every city we cover — your events sit on the pages people land on when they search what to do near them, by city and by the art form they already like.
Cultural news and editorial — city guides, artist interviews and roundups reach people before they search for a ticket, and keep pulling local search traffic for months after a campaign ends.

Flat fee of $0.99 per ticket plus standard processing fee.
No percentage cuts.
A purchase flow built for how cultural tickets are actually bought — on a phone, in under a minute, often standing in a lobby or waiting for a train. Every screen removed between interest and confirmation is a ticket you keep, and the fee never scales with your price.
Guest checkout or one-click sign-in — buy with no account at all, or sign in with Google, Facebook or a one-time email code. Never a password to remember.
One-page mobile purchase — choose a ticket, see the full cost including fees, and finish. No series of screens between wanting it and having it.
Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards — pay with the wallet already on the phone, then save the ticket to that same wallet for the walk to the door.
Reserved seating and timed entry — seat selection, accessible seating, timed admission and capacity-based events on the same platform.
Passes, classes and multi-session programming — season passes, festival passes, workshops and multi-week courses, with capacity handled per session.
Reach past your own list when a performance, exhibition or season launch needs more attention.
Featured placement — priority events surface in the places people are already browsing, not buried in a chronological list.
E-Scoop email promotion — curated email to an arts audience that opted in to hear about local culture and is not already on your list.
CultureOwl Ads and social campaigns — managed paid and social built around the event, extending well past your own followers.
Banner advertising — placement across CultureOwl, targeted by city and geography so the spend stays inside your market.
Cultural audience intelligence — campaigns shaped by real first-party signals (location, interests, saves, follows) rather than broad demographic guesses.

Most platforms start measuring at the sale. CultureOwl measures from the search — so you see how many people found you who had never heard of you, not only how many bought.
Discovery and reach — impressions, clicks, saves and shares across city pages, genre feeds and editorial. The half of the funnel a ticketing platform cannot see.
Campaign performance by channel — email opens and clicks, banner click-through, social reach, each tied to the campaign that produced it.
Ticket sales and attendance — orders, ticket types, fees and refunds, with who actually turned up taken from door scans.
Where your audience comes from — market, zone and venue view of which places send you people, and which nearby markets to programme into.
Reports a funder will accept — exported as a shareable document in the shape a grant application or a board meeting asks for.

Small teams, restricted funding, and a board that has to sign it off. Onboarding and real people come with every membership — and when there is more work than there are hours, we can run the account for you.
No long-term contracts — an annual membership with defined benefits, and a decision to renew that is yours. No multiyear commitment to sign.
Grant-compliant and out-of-county eligible — built to satisfy grant restrictions and reporting requirements, including tourist development funding.
Planned around your fiscal calendar — campaigns timed to budget cycles and grant windows rather than to a sales quarter.
Guided onboarding and real people — your calendar and ticketing set up with you, by a team that understands seasons and event day. Included with every membership.
Managed accounts — we can run the account for you: the season loaded (by hand or through the Event API), the campaigns managed, the calendar kept current. A paid service, scoped with your package.
