Miami Art Week is a month away! Miami Beach: Satellite Art Show once again returns to Miami Art Basel and radically re-envisions what an art fair should be.
This year, Satellite will focus on performance work, time-based media - singularly cornering the market on these unique performance works will give these cherished art forms a home during Miami Art Week. Viewers can expect over 30 live performance artists presenting fiercely challenging new works, drag shows, an interactive "Billy Joel / Piano Man" bar, a pop-up performative hippy bus and after-hours musical activations and parties.
The Satellite Art show has announced their satellite gallery sector, which will be highlighting just 15 works of art that are 2D only. The art show is looking for artists to showcase in their fair. To be considered, email [email protected].
