Highlights of the Evening Meet the Winemaker: Sip select Mexican varietals from Encino de Piedra during a curated tasting. The winemaker Andrés Blanco will be joining us live to share the stories behind these unique bottles—wines you likely have never tasted before. Winemaker José Pedroza has sent a few bottles from Vinicola Infinito - Ojos Negros Baja California. Gourmet Handheld Apps: Enjoy exclusive bites crafted by one of Oaxaca's best-known female chefs, Andrea Sánchez López (the brilliant owner and chef behind El Tendajon restaurant).
