Chef Juan Cuadra is an internationally accomplished Executive Chef, luxury yacht chef, hospitality consultant. and proud United States Marine Corps veteran with more than two decades of experience creating exceptional culinary experiences throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Raised in Miami, Florida by a hardworking Nicaraguan family who immigrated to the United States during the 1980s. Juan was immersed in the Caribbean Latin American, and South Florida traditions that shaped his culinary identity. Growing up alongside his sisters, Anai and Deliana he learned early that food was more than nourishment-it was family, culture, and hospitality.
