Annual Speaker Series

The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden’s Annual Speaker Series brings together local and regional experts for engaging talks inspired by the natural environment, wildlife and cultural history of the Florida Keys. Past speakers have included scientists, conservationists, park rangers, horticulture and forestry specialists, birding experts, photographers and historians, with subjects ranging from native plants, orchids, butterflies and birdlife to wildlife conservation, sustainable gardening, nature photography and Keys history. Each program offers an opportunity to learn more about the people, plants, wildlife and ecosystems that make the Florida Keys unique.
