Sparky’s Roadside Barbecue has been serving delicious barbecue and American Craft Beer since 2010. Accolades to dates are Best Restaurant in Downtown, Best Cuban Sandwich, Best Ribs and listed in the
Top 28 Barbecue Restaurants in the Country by The New York Post. We have a few more but why brag.
Chef-proprietors, Kevin Kehoe and Hans Seitz are Sparky and Sparky, two chefs who love great barbecue and good times. They have a simple philosophy, to make the best barbecue out of the best ingredients and ask you to you take time out of your day, sit back and enjoy it.
