Wellness Day is a powerful, heart-centered gathering created to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. This immersive event brings together healers, artists, speakers, and wellness practitioners for a day of grounding, connection, and renewal. Co-hosted by Longville Wellness

- Drumming & Rhythmic Healing: A communal drumming experience to elevate energy, release tension, and awaken creativity.
- Wellness Vendors: Explore offerings from local practitioners and businesses including herbal products, holistic services, handmade goods, wellness tools, and community resources.
- Inspired Speakers: Hear from wellness leaders and community voices sharing insights on emotional wellbeing, resilience, creativity, and the power of personal healing.
- Sound Healing Session: Relax into a restorative vibrational experience designed to calm the nervous system, rebalance energy, and promote deep inner peace.
