An afternoon of musical excellence featuring Spiritual Settings for two pianos by Florence Price; the wild and wonderful Variations on "America" by Charles Ives; selections from the Gershwin Songbook arranged for two pianos by Paul Posnak; Scherzo by William Grant Still; danzones and canciones by Ernesto Lecuona, and George Gershwin's own two-piano arrangement of An American in Paris.
Celebrate this momentous year with America’s great composers, interpreted by two amazing pianists in an acoustically marvelous venue that inspires both audience and artists.
Ticket includes: Post-show wine reception and Student Art Gallery, featuring works from Miami Arts Studio 6-12 at Zelda Glazer.
