Feel the rhythm, experience the culture and celebrate the unmistakable sound of the Caribbean at the Miami Broward Carnival 2026 Pan Jamboree, happening Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Tamarac Sports Complex. Hosted by Visit Lauderdale and Powered by City of Tamarac and Red Road fFete.

The Pan Jamboree brings the extraordinary sound of steelpan to center stage for an evening filled with rhythm, musicianship, culture and Caribbean pride. From the first strike of the pan to the final note of the evening, audiences will experience the infectious melodies and powerful arrangements that have made steelpan one of the Caribbean’s most treasured musical traditions.

Featuring four or more steelbands, the 2026 Pan Jamboree will showcase the versatility, artistry and energy of this remarkable instrument. Talented pannists will transform steel into melody, filling the Tamarac Sports Complex with the sounds of Calypso, Soca and Caribbean rhythms.

Whether you grew up listening to pan or are discovering its incredible sound for the first time, Pan Jamboree offers an opportunity to experience a musical tradition that represents generations of Caribbean creativity and cultural expression.

Steelpan was born in Trinidad & Tobago and evolved into one of the most recognizable musical symbols of the Caribbean. What began through ingenuity and experimentation has developed into an internationally celebrated art form. Pan Jamboree honors that legacy while providing a stage for today’s musicians to share the music with new generations.

🎭 TWO CARNIVAL EXPERIENCES — ONE EXCITING DAY

Pan Jamboree is part of an exciting day of Miami Carnival activities at the Tamarac Sports Complex on Saturday, October 3.

The celebration begins with Junior Carnival, Presented by TD Bank and Hosted by City of Tamarac and Visit Lauderdale, where young masqueraders take center stage in colorful costumes, music and mas. As the festivities continue, the spotlight turns to the steelbands for Pan Jamboree, creating a full day celebrating the next generation of Carnival alongside one of the Caribbean’s most important musical traditions.

Pan Jamboree helps set the stage for an incredible Miami Broward Carnival season.

The celebration continues with Red Road Fete on Friday, October 9, followed by the explosive Official J’Ouvert on Saturday, October 10, and culminates with the spectacular Miami Carnival Day Parade & Fete on Sunday, October 11.

Together, these events bring the sights, sounds, traditions and energy of Caribbean Carnival to South Florida.
