INTERWOVEN is a global cultural and educational initiative that uses the arts as a universal language to explore sustainability, space and ocean exploration, and innovation through cultural storytelling. This exhibition is part of INTERWOVEN Youth, a component of the initiative dedicated to cross-disciplinary youth engagement. Through work created by their peers, the exhibition aims to inspire the next generation not only to learn about exploration but also to take an active role in creative expression, environmental stewardship, and global collaboration.
The exhibit showcases student artwork created in partnership with acclaimed astronaut and textile artist Karen Nyberg (US), spacewear designer Anurita Chandola (UK/India), and visual and wearable-art designer Celia Ledón (Cuba/US). The work was designed and executed by students from the Oxford Scholars Programme (UK) and New World School of the Arts (US). It also features a special multimedia piece conceived and narrated by INTERWOVEN's young science communicator and poet, Aneeshwar Kunchala (UK). Presented in collaboration with URUCUM Global Arts and The Hipsetter Group.
