About This Event

Celebrate Halloween with the **Atlanta Symphony Orchestra** in a spellbinding night of orchestral music, featuring witches, wizards, storms, magical worlds, and plenty of dramatic thrills.

The program brings together some of classical music’s most exciting composers. **John Williams**, the legendary film composer behind the *Harry Potter* scores, sets the magical mood with “Harry’s Wondrous World.” **Ponchielli** adds the playful “Dance of the Hours,” while contemporary composer **Anna Clyne** brings a modern orchestral energy with *Masquerade*.

The evening continues with the stormy, dramatic music of **Benjamin Britten**, the magical *Midsummer Night’s Dream* music of **Felix Mendelssohn**, and **Richard Wagner’s** powerful “Ride of the Valkyries.”

A fun and dramatic Halloween concert for families, friends, and anyone who loves great orchestral music with a little magic and mystery.
