Sandrell Rivers Theater
The Sandrell Rivers Theater is a state-of-the-art theater serving the city of Miami and all of Miami-Dade County & South Florida. The theater is named in honor of Chief Sandrell Rivers, a tireless arts advocate, artist, and former employee of Miami-Dade County. The Sandrell Rivers Theater is a Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs facility.
The SRT has 3 dynamic spaces & free parking available.
The Black Box at the SRT is a fully flexible state-of-the-art performance space. The theater can seat a maximum of 200 patrons in proscenium configuration and it is equipped with assisted listening devices, a laser video projector, surround sound, the latest lighting instruments, & more.
Dance Studio / Rehearsal is large and bright. This flexible space is perfect for rehearsals, cocktail receptions, small performances, & more.
The Multipurpose Room is perfect for corporate meetings, seminars, classes, receptions, & more.
The SRT is managed & operated by Fantasy Theatre Factory.
