The Official J'ouvert returns to Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium with 20+ J'ouvert bands bringing an explosion of paint, powder, music and movement.

J'ouvert is freedom. J'ouvert is expression. J'ouvert is tradition.

Whether you're covered in paint from head to toe or experiencing J'ouvert for the first time, this is one Carnival experience you don't simply watch—you LIVE IT!

🎭🌴🔥 SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11 — MIAMI BROWARD CARNIVAL DAY PARADE & FETE

Then comes Carnival Sunday—the BIG one!

Prepare for a spectacular explosion of feathers, jewels, elaborate costumes, pulsating rhythms and Caribbean pride as 16+ masquerade bands take to the road.

Watch the park transform into a moving canvas of color as masqueraders bring their portrayals to life through mas, music, movement and creativity.

And when the parade ends, the celebration keeps going!

The Carnival Day experience transitions into a massive live concert featuring Caribbean entertainment and artists representing the music and culture that move the region and the world.

Come hungry because Carnival Sunday is also a feast for the senses! Explore the Caribbean Food Village, discover arts and crafts, visit vendors, enjoy cultural experiences, sponsor activations and soak up the atmosphere of one of South Florida's signature Caribbean celebrations.
