International Guitar Festival: An award-winning guitarist from Colombia, Carlos has performed for many organizations, including:
Milwaukee mandolin Orchestra, Madison Guitar Society, Milwaukee Guitar Society, Marcus Theater, Camino Arts (Spain), and others.
He presents a program of Colombian classical guitar music.
