Explore classical French cooking with Chef Tara Valle! Make Herbs de Provence chicken, asparagus with citrus mousseline & Duchess potatoes.
Join Chef Tara Valle for a hands-on evening exploring the flavors and techniques of classical French cooking! Prepare a half-roasted Herbs de Provence chicken alongside asparagus with citrus mousseline and elegant Duchess potatoes.
All skill levels are welcome, making this workshop a delicious introduction to classic French cuisine or a chance to sharpen your culinary skills. After cooking, enjoy the meal you’ve created.
Adult students ages 21+ are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
