Soseki seats just ten guests at a time for a fully prepaid, multi-course omakase built around Florida ingredients sourced directly from local farmers, fishermen and ceramic artisans, whose handmade pieces the food is plated on. The dinner tasting runs 15 courses of sushi and cooked dishes at the counter, with a shorter six-course version offered at Saturday lunch. It's an intimate, chef-led room, closer to a private tasting than a typical sushi dinner, and reservations run exclusively through Tock.
