P.Pole Pizza is known for its skateboard-shaped, 18-inch, thin-crust pies. Customers can make their own pizza or order one of eight customizable specialty pies. Prices range from $7-$9 per pie. The open kitchen gives customers a clear view into the creative process of making pizzas from scratch. Customers order at the counter and select from four pizza doughs made fresh daily (gluten-free and vegan available), five sauces and more than 40 toppings. It takes just minutes for their made-to-order artisanal pies to come out of the oven.
