Since its debut in 1994, it has hosted a wide range of top-tier acts, including The Beach Boys, Styx, Blake Shelton, Steve Miller Band, Kellie Pickler, Sugar Ray & the Gin Blossoms, and Pat Benatar. Nestled in a scenic wooded setting, The Fred offers an intimate concert experience, with seating that brings fans close to the action. The venue boasts a 73' x 36' covered stage, a catwalk for downstage production, and the Cast House, which includes private dressing rooms and green room facilities.
