Miami Short Film Festival 22nd Edition

A Three-Day Journey You Won't Want to Miss!

The 22nd edition of the Miami short Film Festival is headed back to the beach once again. This year's edition is nothing short of revolutionary. We are on a mission to go deep into the very fabric of short filmmaking, pushing boundaries and inspiring innovation like never before. This edition will be a landmark in our commitment to the short film format by offering a platform where emerging and established filmmakers can showcase their creativity in ways that challenge conventions and redefine storytelling. Through diverse and wide-ranging programs, cutting-edge technology, and a deep appreciation for the art of filmmaking, we aim to invigorate the cinematic experience, leaving a permanent mark on the world of short film festivals, and the best part is that all of this is taking place in the very heart of Miami's exciting cultural vibes."

William Vela, Founder and Executive Director, asserted, "Our vision at the Miami Short Film Festival looks for the exploration and pursuit of a cinematic aesthetic, specifically in its short form, that reflects the entirety of the human experience.
