Music of Spain and Its Worldwide Influence with the Alhambra Orchestra

Sun 10/06/2019

The Alhambra Orchestra, conducted by Daniel Andai, will present a celebration of the wonderful music of Spain and its worldwide influence, performing selections from DeFalla’s El Amor Brujo, Bizet’s Carmen Suites, the Danzon #2 by Marquez, and the popular Concierto de Aranjuez by Rodrigo, featuring guitarist Rafael Padron. Mr. Padron has performed for audiences throughout Cuba, South America, Japan, and the U.S., and is Program Director of Classical Guitar at the University of Miami. The Alhambra Orchestra is Miami’s community orchestra, dedicated to promoting classical performances and music education.
