Event Description
August 11th - 17th we are bringing the rum community together in Key West and the lower keys to celebrate this special spirit. Whether you are a rum novice hoping to learn more or a true aficionado with a vast collection, this event offers something for everyone. This year we are starting early with trips to Havana Cuba on August 11 and 12 to explore the Cuban culture, rum, and mingle at El Floridita over daiquiris. Kicking off our official 5 day event will be a Sunset Sail on Wednesday, 8/13, sponsored by First Legal Distillery with daily activities to follow. The 5 day event culminates in our grand tasting at the famous Key West Theater. Throughout the week you will find rum / cigar pairings, a special rum dinner, live music, sand bar boat trips, and a whole host of other activities.
