All levels welcome!
Discover the creative possibilities of woodturning in this immersive 6-week Tuesday class open to all levels. From the very first session, you’ll explore fundamental turning techniques, tool use, and safety through short demonstrations and hands-on projects.
Each week, you’ll choose items to make for personal use or gifts—pens, bowls, candlesticks, lidded boxes, bottle stoppers, and more—while receiving individual coaching to refine your skills. Lathes and basic tools are provided, and students are encouraged to bring their own. Some wood is supplied, or you may bring your own. Face shield required.
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with completed projects, improved technique, and the confidence to continue exploring woodturning.
