Step into a lively Spanish-inspired cooking experience where bold flavors and hands-on technique come together in one unforgettable class. Designed for all skill levels, you’ll cook a vibrant feast from start to finish and enjoy it together at the end.
Create a rich chicken, chorizo, sausage, and seafood paella, layer simple yet iconic pan con tomate topped with Serrano ham, and build a grilled radicchio salad with sherry vinaigrette and manchego cheese. Finish on a sweet note with a classic Basque cheesecake.
This is a relaxed, social workshop where you’ll learn by doing, tasting, and sharing. Adult guests (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to enjoy with the meal you prepare. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for comfort and safety in the kitchen.
