Event Description
Step into the world of a young naturalist! In this six-week Monday class, students will explore Florida’s native plants and animals through observation, sketching, and hands-on study. They’ll learn basic botany, discover how local species benefit their ecosystem, and practice sketching en plein air to capture nature directly from life.
As the course progresses, students will design and create a final drawing or painting that reflects their own interests and personal style.
Ages 13–17. All levels welcome.
