The First Annual Egbe Festival to Take Place February 10th, 2018 in Miami, Florida.
On February 10th, 2018, Spiritual Essences invites you to explore the richness of Mother Africa. The first Annual Egbe Festival will take place at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park. The sounds of the Djembe (Drum!!) will resonate throughout South Florida as it is home to one of the largest Caribbean diaspora populations in North America and boasting of deep seeded roots in African Heritage Generation to Generation, "A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots."- Marcus Garvey.
As civilization started in Africa, this Celebration of African Culture and Heritage welcomes friends and families from all parts of the world, come experience live drumming sessions, join in afro-dancing, find special treasures with arts and crafts while experiencing culinary delight from food vendors.
