Dive into a hands-on culinary experience inspired by Japanese flavors and California-style rolls in this fun, approachable workshop open to all skill levels. You’ll learn to build beautifully crafted California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, and fresh veggie rolls while picking up practical sushi-rolling techniques you can recreate at home.
Then shift into savory indulgence with crispy pork belly, balancing rich textures and bold flavors as you cook alongside others in a relaxed, social kitchen setting. To finish, you’ll create homemade matcha ice cream—a cool, creamy end to a flavorful journey.
Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to enjoy with the meal you prepare. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and comfort in the kitchen.
