Event Description
Miami’s own WEERDO unveils his latest solo exhibit Signs of the Times at Museum of Graffiti on September 6, 2025 from 7-10PM. Fusing graffiti’s raw edge with deep-rooted Mexican iconography, WEERDO’s latest body of work is a bold declaration of pride, protest, and heritage.
Through striking visual narratives painted on objects once meant to direct and control, WEERDO reclaims public space with unapologetic urgency. From serpents and skulls to pyramids and feathers, each piece pulses with ancestral memory while confronting modern themes of migration, struggle, and survival.
Curated by Alan Ket, the show features early works, mixed-media pieces, and an immersive site-specific installation — a journey through WEERDO’s evolution as both artist and cultural storyteller. As Ket puts it: “Through his art, he offers a counter-story — one rooted in sacrifice, culture, and unrelenting presence.”
