Event Description

Transport your taste buds to Spain in this vibrant, hands-on cooking workshop where bold flavors and rustic techniques take center stage. Perfect for all skill levels, you’ll create a stunning multi-course menu inspired by classic Spanish cuisine.

Prepare caper saffron chicken, Rioja-style potatoes with chorizo, and roasted grape asiago with Ibérica jamón on grilled bread. Round out the experience with a fresh arugula salad with sherry vinaigrette, goat cheese, and Marcona almonds, then finish on a sweet note with a rich Tarta de Santiago.

Enjoy the process in a relaxed, social setting—adult guests (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to pair with the meal you create. Wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for a smooth cooking experience.
