Immerse yourself in the art of Italian cooking in this hands-on workshop designed for all skill levels. You’ll learn to craft delicate handmade angel hair pasta from scratch, then pair it with a bold spicy marinara and fresh seafood.
Balance the meal with a bright fennel and citrus salad, and enjoy the full experience of creating and savoring a beautifully composed dish. Along the way, you’ll pick up essential techniques and tips you can bring into your own kitchen.
Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring a favorite bottle of wine or beverage to enjoy with the meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
