Event Description

Step into the heart of Louisiana cooking in this hands-on workshop where bold flavors, rich traditions, and comforting classics come alive. Designed for all skill levels, you’ll cook a soulful Southern-inspired feast from start to finish.

You’ll build a deep, flavorful chicken and andouille sausage gumbo, simmer a vibrant jambalaya, and prepare a crisp butter lettuce salad with Champlain vinaigrette, lardon, and a perfectly fried egg. To finish, you’ll fry up warm, pillowy beignets dusted in sweetness.

This is a relaxed, social cooking experience where you’ll learn by doing and enjoy the meal you create alongside others. Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to pair with the food. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and comfort in the kitchen.

Note: menu substitutions are not available day-of, and registration closes 48 hours prior to the workshop.
Tuition: $75 + $15 Material Fee + $15 Lab Fee
