Event Description
Join us for a hands-on Italian-inspired cooking workshop where you’ll master the art of perfect crispy gnocchi. You’ll learn to create gnocchi from scratch, then pair it with a rich, velvety white wine butter sauce and sweet butternut squash for a delicious, comforting dish. Balance the meal with crisp asparagus, toasted walnuts, and shaved parmesan.
Finish on a sweet note with a delightful peach and strawberry fruit crostata topped with creamy vanilla gelato. This relaxed, social experience is perfect for home cooks of all skill levels.
Adult participants (21+) are invited to bring their favorite bottle of wine or beverage to enjoy with the meal. Wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and ease in the kitchen.
