Discover the creative possibilities of metalsmithing in this immersive 6-week Monday Intermediate class.
Designed for advanced beginners and intermediate students, this course focuses on technique-based projects to build confidence with the torch, refine jewelry fabrication skills, and explore advanced stone setting techniques, including unusual bezel and tube settings. Students will expand on foundational skills from Fundamentals of Jewelry Fabrication I & II (or equivalent) while developing precision, control, and personal style. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of metalsmithing and a collection of refined pieces.
*Please note: Basic metal fabrication skills are required. Ages 17 and up.
$20 materials fee paid directly to the instructor; additional materials may be purchased or brought from home.
