Event Description

Discover the possibilities of advanced metalsmithing in this immersive 6-week Monday class designed for advanced and professional students. From the very first session, you’ll engage in guided independent study—bringing your own jewelry projects or starting something new—while focusing on a different skill set each semester.

Each week includes one-on-one and group critiques, technical demonstrations, and bench tips, giving you the tools to troubleshoot design and technique challenges and successfully complete your projects. As you work, you’ll refine your skills, expand your fabrication knowledge, and gain confidence in your jewelry-making practice.

By the end of the course, you’ll leave with polished projects and the expertise to continue exploring metalsmithing independently.

*Please note: Ages 17 and up.
Bring your own materials or purchase from the instructor.
A $20 materials fee, payable to the instructor, helps to defray the cost of miscellaneous supplies.
