Harvest Festival Weekends
October 4 & 5, 11 & 12, 18 & 19 and 25 & 26, 2025
9:30am – 4:30pm

During Harvest Festival Weekends Flamingo Gardens celebrates the arrival of fall in south Florida. Each Harvest Festival weekend will have a theme of its own and guests are encouraged to dress up to fit the week’s theme. Each weekend will also feature entertainment, fun activities, a costume contest, and specialty foods of fall.

Guests may also enjoy the Gallery Exhibit; Attack of the Bloodsuckers! Explore the science of what bites you in this skin-crawling exhibition! This ATTACK OF THE BLOODSUCKERS is a kid-friendly exhibit that examines the what, why, when and how of mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, leeches and other parasites. Learn why bloodsuckers are important to the ecosystem. Explore how mosquitoes locate their prey at five stations in the "Mosquito cockpit", play the "TwlTCHer" floor game, visit the Magnification Station to see slides of these tiny critters up close, see live mosquitoes in different life stages, watch live leeches swim around, and more. All in a fun environment with cartoon-inspired graphics.

Harvest Festival Weekend Activities:

• October 4 & 5: Cowboys & Cowgirls Weekend. Celebrate Davie’s history with fun family activities all day and performances by the South Florida Cloggers.
• October 11 & 12: Pirates Weekend. Live interactive Pirate Encampment with fun family activities all day.
• October 18 & 19: Dia de los Muertos Weekend. Celebrate the Day of the Dead with costumes, face painting and more.
• October 25 & 26: Halloween Party Weekend. Come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume and mingle with others and parti fun family activities.
Each weekend will also feature free with admission:
 Hayrides 10:30am – 4:30pm (last ride at 4:15pm)
 Pony Rides (for small children) 11:00am – 3:00pm
 Farm Animal Encounters 11:00am-3:00pm
 Costume Contests & Candy Giveaway at 1:00pm
 Fall Photo Opportunities 9:30am – 4:30pm
 Face Painting: 11:00am – 3:00pm

 Pumpkin Patch Pumpkin Painting and specialty fall foods available for additional fee

Admission:
• $24.00 for ages 12+,
• $17.00 for ages 3-11,
• Flamingo Gardens members and children 2 or younger are admitted free.
Flamingo Gardens is located at 3750 South Flamingo Road in Davie, FL 33330. Narrated tram tour, Butterfly Conservatory, Animal Specialist Talks, Wildlife Encounter Presentations, Wray Home Museum and Gallery exhibits are included in admission.
