Fire up your culinary skills in this hands-on grilling workshop designed for all experience levels. You’ll cook a bold, flavor-packed menu while learning approachable techniques you can recreate at home.
Prepare grilled chicken diavolo with smoky, spicy depth, brighten the plate with grilled asparagus dressed in lemon and capers, and build a rustic grilled bread and tomato salad finished with basil vinaigrette. To end on a sweet note, you’ll create a luscious lemon pound cake with silky zabaglione.
This is a relaxed, social cooking experience where you’ll learn by doing, tasting, and sharing. Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to enjoy with the meal you prepare. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and comfort in the kitchen.
