Unlock the language of color in this engaging 6-week painting course for all skill levels. Students will explore practical color theory and learn how to confidently mix, control, and describe color in ways that can be applied to any painting style or subject matter.
The class will also focus on “light logic” and how light reveals form, helping artists create stronger, more believable paintings. Whether working on portraits, still lifes, or landscapes, students will gain valuable tools to improve their understanding of color, lighting, and visual relationships while developing greater confidence in their artistic process.
Students may work from printed references or digital images on a laptop or iPad during class.
