Step into a hands-on culinary experience where classic French-inspired techniques meet approachable home cooking. In this all-levels workshop, you’ll build confidence in the kitchen while creating an elegant, flavorful meal from start to finish.
You’ll prepare half a roasted herb de Provence chicken with beautifully crisp skin and tender, aromatic meat. Pair it with bright asparagus finished in a silky citrus mousseline and pipe your own delicate duchess potatoes for a refined, comforting side.
This is a relaxed, social cooking class where you’ll learn by doing, tasting, and sharing the experience with others. Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to enjoy with the meal you create. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and comfort.
