Discover the art of creating bottles and vases in this immersive 6-week Monday class for intermediate and advanced ceramic artists.
From the first session, you’ll focus on throwing, trimming, and preparing pieces for glazing, with weeks 1–4 dedicated to hands-on studio work. Week 5 features glaze application, and week 6 concludes with finishing pieces and a group critique exploring glaze results. Each session blends guided demonstrations with individual practice, helping you refine technique, experiment with form, and develop your artistic voice. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a collection of finished pieces and deeper confidence in your wheel-throwing and glazing skills.
*Please note: This class is for intermediate and advanced students. Ages 17 and up.
