Discover the creative possibilities of wheel-thrown pottery in this immersive 6-week Tuesday class designed for beginner and intermediate artists. From the very first session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of clay preparation, centering, shaping, trimming, and glazing, while learning firing techniques including Raku.
Each week features guided demonstrations and hands-on practice, giving you the opportunity to develop your throwing skills at your own pace, refine techniques, and gain confidence on the wheel.
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a collection of handmade pieces and the foundation to continue exploring wheel-thrown pottery independently.
