Discover the creative possibilities of clay in this immersive 6-week Thursday class designed for all skill levels.
From the very first session, you’ll dive into the fundamentals—learning basic pottery skills, handbuilding and wheel techniques, as well as surface treatments and firing methods. Each week features guided demonstrations that lead into hands-on experimentation, giving you the opportunity to practice existing skills or try something new. As you work, you’ll refine your techniques, explore creative possibilities, and develop a deeper understanding of clay as a versatile and expressive medium. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with original pieces and the confidence to continue your clay journey independently.
