Discover the creative possibilities of clay extrusion in this immersive 6-week Wednesday class open to all skill levels.
From the very first session, you’ll dive into the fundamentals—exploring a new technique each week through guided demonstrations that you can personalize in your own projects. You’ll work with the extruder (think giant cookie press) at least once during the course and experiment with our extensive selection of studio glazes. Each week combines instruction with hands-on exploration, giving you the opportunity to refine your skills, develop your artistic voice, and expand your understanding of clay as a versatile medium. By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a collection of original pieces and the confidence to continue your clay practice independently.
*Please note: This class is also suitable as an independent study for students with previous clay experience. Ages 17 +
