Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you’ll learn to create a flavorful, comforting Chinese-inspired meal from scratch! You’ll master the art of whole steamed soy chicken, perfectly paired with a savory ginger scallion sauce, stir-fried baby bok choy, and fluffy white rice.
This workshop is designed for all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you’ll walk away with new techniques and delicious recipes to try at home.
Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or their favorite beverage to enjoy with the meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair.
Note: No menu substitutions on the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop.
