Discover the power of art for wellness in this immersive 6-week Tuesday class open to all levels. From the very first session, you’ll explore creative tools and relaxation techniques designed to promote mindfulness, positive thinking, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Each week, you’ll engage in guided exercises using a variety of art methods—including drawing, painting, clay, collage, graphic art, and crafts—giving you the opportunity to express yourself freely while developing beneficial coping skills for overall wellness.
By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a collection of personal artworks and practical tools to continue nurturing creativity and mindfulness in your daily life.
*Please note: No artistic experience required. Art supplies provided. Ages 17 and up. Students may take Part 2 without completing Part 1.
