Get ready for a hands-on comfort food cooking experience where classic favorites come to life from scratch. In this all-levels workshop, you’ll learn to prepare a crave-worthy, homestyle menu that’s all about bold flavor and satisfying technique.
You’ll master crispy buttermilk fried chicken, cut and fry golden French fries served with a zesty dipping sauce, and finish with a rich, indulgent chocolate cake that lives up to its reputation as “the best ever.”
This is a relaxed, social class where you’ll cook, learn, and enjoy the meal you’ve created alongside others. Adult participants (21+) are welcome to bring wine or a favorite beverage to pair with the food. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair for safety and comfort in the kitchen.
