Hay House Behind-the-Scenes Tour

Second and fourth Saturdays of the month. Presented by The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.
This specialty tour provides guests with a behind-the-scenes look at areas of Hay House that are not accessible on the regular tour. Guests will have the opportunity to see the wine cellar, secret room, balcony, and attic. The spectacular 360-degree view of Macon from the widow’s walk is a must-see! This tour lasts approximately 2 hours. Behind-the-Scenes tours are offered twice a month on the second and fourth Saturdays at 10:15 a.m.
There are many stairs in the house. Though the building is wheelchair accessible and has a small elevator, there are still many stairs involved on this tour. The house’s elevator only goes to the 3rd level. Behind-the-Scenes tours cover all seven levels, so dress comfortably!
