Located in the AAA Four Diamond-rated Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Kuro is the Japanese craft kitchen. The sophisticated and wholly unique concept offers an interactive dining experience in traditional kaiseki-style – a multi-course dinner designed to tease the palate with flavors, textures beginning with the lightest fare to spicier, heavier and richer dishes. At the helm are Executive Chef Alex Becker and Executive Sushi Chef Shuji Hiyakawa whose menu features handcrafted artisanal dishes created using classic Japanese techniques and featuring both locally sourced and imported ingredients. The innovative cocktail program features handcrafted cocktails showcasing fresh Japanese flavors in modern recipes. The 9,500-square-foot restaurant boasts an open-theater design featuring multiple dining options including an open dining room, communal table and sushi bar with views into the hot kitchen, in addition to two private dining rooms and an alfresco dining patio.
