LECTURE: ReOrienting the Gaze
Tuesday 3/2Morgan Snoap, Guest Curator and former CFAM Fred Hicks Fellow, will discuss her conceptualization and curation of the exhibition ReOrienting the Gaze. She will outline the process of developing the exhibition theme and selecting works from the Cornell Fine Arts Museum's extensive collection. She will also highlight a few works from the exhibit which explore expressions of and responses to Orientalism in art.
