Announcing the 2022-23 Music at St. Paul’s Concert Season!

Music at St. Paul’s is proud to announce its 2022-2023 season of classical music in Delray Beach. From piano recitals to organ and harp concerts, from string quartets to choral programs, the season offers a wide variety of music all at an affordable price. The 2022-2023 season also welcomes newly expanded camera-and-screen technology, allowing audience members to see up close wherever they sit.

Artistic Director David Macfarlane says, “The 2022-2023 Season is a important one and represents our first full season since the pandemic, and here are a few highlights: our resident ensemble, the Delray String Quartet, is the backbone of the series and will play five concerts, including two special midweek evening performances in the intimate setting of our parish hall. We welcome two new ensembles this year. The Astralis Ensemble specializes in performances of repertoire for voice, trumpet and piano; and the Palisades Virtuosi from New Jersey visit us during their Spring tour and play a broad range of music including works from the many they have commissioned. Our own St. Paul’s Choir is featured in both an All Saints’ Day performance of the Rutter “Requiem” and in our annual Festival of Lessons and Carols, a Delray Christmas tradition.”

A special treat this season will be a performance by Dr. David Macfarlane on organ and Kay Kemper on harp of “Heavenly Music.”

Most concert programs are on Sundays at 3 pm. (Please see the full schedule below.) The suggested donation is $20, and children 18 and under may attend for free. Tickets are only available at the door on the day of the concert. St. Paul’s is handicapped accessible. For more information, visit http://www.musicstpauls.org.
