Member acknowledges possession of rights and permissions for use of any images or text uploaded to the site, including rights to any copyrighted material. All liabilities regarding any copyright violations are assumed by Member alone, and Publisher shall not be held responsible and/or incur any liability for same.
Publisher reserves the right to change the event categories selected by the Member, should a different and/or more appropriate category be deemed more suitable by Publisher.
Member is responsible for managing and scheduling assets. Any assets that are not scheduled or utilized within the designated timeframe set forth in the Membership package, shall be deemed forfeited and Member shall not be entitled to any reimbursements associated with said assets.
All event listings transferred from Publisher’s digital platform onto the printed publication are done so as a courtesy, and Publisher does not assume any responsibility or liability for any errors or inconsistencies arising from said transfer, nor shall Publisher be liable for any event omissions in print.
