Get your spooky on at the 6th annual Scarecrows in the Forest Art exhibition and Contest. Around the corner, in a meadow or right in front of you, made from natural, recycled and repurposed material, scarecrows are found throughout the Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden. The exhibit runs Sept. 1-Nov. 30.
Cash prizes will be awarded and Best of Show will be chosen by Garden visitors. The annual event features locally designed scarecrows from individuals, students, creative professionals, nonprofit organizations and businesses. Prizes are awarded in three categories: school-age groups, nonprofit groups; and business and professional individuals.
